  You truly have some of the worst banking policies I have ever seen. You hold payroll checks, payroll checks, from other institutions stating you will release in ten business days after it has been collected from the other institution when I can see it has cleared our payroll account as of yesterday. The teller at the window must have been new, he deposited my check said have a nice weekend and didn't even notify me that you were holding my payroll check.....we have families to take care of. I didn't even realize the funds were not available until I was out of town and tried to pay for a dinner. In the mean time I will receive a payroll check for the following weeks pay before I have access to the funds you have on hold. I will not continue to utilize the account at Wells Fargo going forward. I will use the account at the bank where my check is drawn and deposit just the funds to cover the household bills that are streamed through your institution until I have the time to move all our household bills to another bank. We have been a customer since 1993, but not for much longer.
